You’re behaving like fake news. You know that shareholder protection plan that you’re labeling as a poison pill is to ensure a fair price is paid for the company shares in the event of an attempt to stage a run at NanoLogix. It’s not there to make anyone president for life. Even if it was triggered by a buyout attempt, the potential buyer only has to increase the offer enough and the “pill” effect would be overcome. FYI: I think it predates both the flat pack and N-Assay inventions by years, so your innuendo surrounding a plot to keep control of a company is silly. The release yesterday obviously referenced their need for funding to grow our investment.
