Even IF a big pharma wants to buy up nnlx on an up and up fair price deal if they want to bring in their own President/CEO/ Chairman of the board, or just absorb NNLX, etc. They are FORCED to pay BB for removing him as Pres. Even if the deal is one the shareholders want.
