Yes, NP gets a lot of compensation in stock. I’m fact he went over the limit a couple years ago, a lawsuit forced him to return some. Then one of the recent votes was to change that, allowing him more stock compensation, which passed. Each previous year they have put out compensation plans for approval, which has always been approved. This raise was given in February I believe. They listed reasons in a CC back then. This one is to approve or disapprove of what they have done I believe.
