Reading the 14A, Nader's salary for fy 2019
is $506,140, a $70,000 increase over 2019. His bonuses have been $683,290,
a $450,000 increase over fy 2019. In 2018 the bonuses were 50% in cash and 50% in stock, with the breakdown for 2019 not being specified (the percentages are at the discretion of the board). We don't know what exactly the bonuses were for. Plus there is another $312,936 in options.
So when you break it down it seems to be more reasonable than just saying his compensation is $1.5 million.
Would definitely be a good idea to request that the board continue to pay a big percentage of bonuses in stock.
