I think it will be very difficult for a startup company with no employees to find investors to agree to a deal like this. The only way I think Nanologix could do something like this is for Dr. Faro to quit his practice and go full time with the company. He is the only expert affiliated with Nanologix and it would show potential investors he is all in. I would love to be wrong. Thoughts?
