I stand corrected! I’ve received two pm’s from knowledgeable sources that the upcoming 8/21 date IS the deadline for Secure Authority’s response to our filing requesting a hearing with SCOTUS! My apologies to all for the misinformation in my earlier post! I guess I’m a bit too over anxious to get our case before SCOTUS!
