My hope, obviously, is that SCOTUS looks at our case to establish new precedence under forthcoming legislation, correcting the wrongdoing of verdicts using the much misused/misleading Alice101 guidance! A ruling in SFOR’s favor, would result in SA having won two battles (9th Circuit & Federal Appeals Ct), but losing the war! LOL- Now that would definitely be good Karma favoring SFOR!
