The SEC generally gives a two year delinquent period for all OTC stocks. Never have I seen so many suspensions at the 1 year mark regardless of what the CEO did or didn't do.
I don't know Gurba or care who he is. I just trade 4 letter symbols regardless of what they mean. This one had a lot of life left. All the CEO had to do was file an alternative reporting Form 15 for future endeavors.
Suspended tickers for delinquent SEC filings do not come back to life. The CEO dropped the ball on this one. I can't wait to drop all my remaining shares at the .0001 price on 8/21.
