Re: Steel Reserve #1501
Now me, I'm surprised the SEC allowed this to trade publicly as long as it did. Gurba has spent the last two years avoiding the SEC, all the creditors, the lawsuits, and his shareholders in their entirety. The were no filings, no news releases, and the web sight was eliminated.
The first sign of any life will be the reason for everyone to try to recover whatever little money Gurba can muster (which is to say none, since his biggest creditors are the banks which loaned him the money to expand in the first place). Obviously, I hope I'm wrong; but why would I be? No one has been able to answer that question yet.
When they can maybe I'll change my mind in the remaining, what, week or less Gurba has left.
