On a first glance (correct me if I got that wrong!!):
Cashburn in the last quarter seems to be about 5m per month (56.1m net loss 2019- 41.3m net loss 9 months ended February= ~15m)
Cash May 31st: ~3m
+~12m raised from 1st TO
+ ~3m raised from 2nd TO
= ~18m
- ~5m burn rate per month for June, July, August, September
End of June ~13m
End of July ~8m
End of August ~3m
So, we need some money.
