I’ve only skimmed it so far, but thought this quote from the filing was important.
“As of the date of this filing, the Company does not believe the carrying value of certain intangible assets acquired in the asset acquisition with ProstaGene, LLC are impaired, including an assessment of the fair value of the non-compete agreement with Dr. Pestell, which effectiveness survives one year following the termination of his employment for any reason.”
