So, are people reacting a day late to the Vienna Exchange news; why is the stock and volume so volatile today?
One good thing, it does show there are a lot of eyes on this one. When MCOA can actually inform its shareholders of actual European orders & sales of Hempsmart products, and not just "public interest", we will see an explosion in price.
