Too bad the company's coffers are low. At these share prices, they could buy back shares and retire them instead of a reverse split, but I can't see them taking that hit.
It would be great for the shareholders. The traders who want out could sell shares and exit, without crushing the long term shareholders.
I wonder how our White Knights feel about the reverse split, since they are investing 10 million dollars in the common stock?
