Yeah,looks like another coming or them very soon to maintain nasdaq listing. The pre-revenue biotech, fund raising kills the sp, it is fund raise, rs back above $1, fund raise, rs back above $1. My guess a lot of shorts know the cycle and, yes, at least we avoided this fate, $100 (adjusting for r/s) three years ago, no under $1 with another R/S coming. Trading a lot of premarket spikes and drops, it seem there are lots of these in the same boat. I've traded dmpi several times, but never hold overnight... yikes
