Both the DSS Q1 and Q2 financial statements IMO seem to show where DSS got the money to make the deal with ACS.

LiquidValue Development Pte Ltd invested $500,000 on February 18, 2019 for a convertible note.
DSS had also issued 130,435 shares to ACS in conjunction with their deal which had a press release on March 5, 2019. The price of DSS shares for the five trading days prior to the announcement was approximately one dollar.
Consider this:
DSS received an investment of $500,000
DSS issued shares to ACS worth perhaps approximately $130,000
Someone is paying SFOR $350,000 to add additional languages to software
The numbers seem to balance one another. No guarantees they are connected.
It is also interesting to note in the DSS 10q
"Purchase of intangible assets" $350,000
