Because every couple of months they issue a bunch of PRs and warrants for 2¢ shares and then have their agents come on stock meaaageboards and act like none of it ever happened.
In my humble opinion there is no better time than NOW for a message board poster to come in, throw Berman out, and run the company the RIGHT way.
