Re: skipper1072 #5288
I think the positive we have here is that we have exact dates. That has been a concern and confusion for many investors. Are we getting the dividend, when are we getting it, can I still buy, how long do I have to hold my shares, etc. we needed dates, but did we really need a Friday mid day tease?
The next concern now is that stock that may be converting, will they be entitled to the dividend? Is this how Joe enticed some note holders to take stock for their notes? Don’t know how you would stop them from being entitled now that the record date has been moved to 8/30/19. So what does that do to the total outstanding stock once uplisted? There will be more shares if they get the dividend and therefore more dilution to us. However it may be a way to stop them from selling shares and keeping our price down. We need to know more about this.
