what is *too* funny .. cue the thumbs down NR .. 
is that NRs' influx CANT recognize the easiest aspect NR *controls*
on an OTC target .. the OTC target's PPS
my basic rule of thumb for an upside down NR (abusive)
is 80% daily to 20% retail
yesterday was uniquely *odd* across a few levels .. as a matter of fact
i wondered if a query had been sent to Finra for a back room observation of *trades*
the given yesterday .. was that NR was gonna dilute the 90% hidden done early
what i suspect wasn't *anticipated* was a long's bid/s .. that picked off 12%
of the day's volume
NRs' wash trading (illegally manipulating IPIX) has been so blatant and systematic
it comes as no surprise that NRs' *efforts* via influx .. always attempts to normalize the abnormal
