It just means that there is no bid right now.
the ask is still .0001
there was a "sale " at .00001 which means nothing other than a MM flip.
It isnt going to get delisted . COte is a non reporting pink sheet stop with a stop sign on otc markets.
If they file thier very late 10k then they will be fully reporting again.
