Well I have some interesting news as well.

I called Coates at 5:13 pm and I spoke with Mr. George Coates himself for a about three minutes. He was very calm and affable and mentioned that the property they were looking at up the highway is unfortunately under contract so they're staying put. I mentioned that I was very concerned by the stock price and his response was "hahaha well we don't want the price to go up". I then asked him why and he said "because we're buying a bunch of shares back and we want to get them cheap". I said wow, okay that's good news and I asked him if the company was going to be okay. He told me what he could say is very limited but "We're not going anywhere and that I assure you everything is fine my friend". Lastly, he told me "Stay put, we'll have a press release out in the next 30 days or so and it's going to be massive my friend".

That's my story and I'm stickin' to it.
