OK, fine, how do you know India thinks QMC's technology is "perfected," as opposed to them thinking it's possible to to scale it up.
The bottom line is that we don't know if it will scale up as thought, with minor challenges, or not at all. To suggest otherwise is to suggest you can see the future. It's never been done. Why is that so hard to understand?
