How do you know that Dow thought their process was perfected ? Dow thought they could scale something that hadn't been scaled at that point..a lot different than what QMC has done.The reactor is built to scale already..you dont need to supersize it.
As Seth Cosulivan of QDVision said at s conference I was at when asked about how he would scale the QD when he needed to ..his reply was .." with bigger bottles " smirk.. ..smirk...Now how did that work out for Seth ? Batch is costly to scale and cannot produce the same materials with consistency..pretty simple
