That is what concerns me most also! IMHO ACS recently got the first tranche of Federal payments. The only question I have is how quickly they will pay SFOR. What is their turn around time?
Does anyone know for sure? Is it the standard 60 day business cycle or not? I believe someone posted the ACS/SFOR agreement awhile back. I'd appreciate seeing it again, thank you. I am lucky to have free wi-fi today in this NS port so can join in your discussion on SFOR. Fundy crossing went well.
