I'm not sure "frustrating" is the word to describe this situation.
I mean, either SFOR has a contract with with ACS to pay whatever, whenever, or they don't.
If SFOR does, and ACS isn't paying, a more apt word might be "criminal".
Although, as usual, it's extremely difficult, impossible even, to understand what's going on with the flow of money from SFOR re-sellers to SFOR.
And there's always the possibility that a re-seller, with knowledge of SFOR's dire financial straits, will just get in our face and make us find the funds to take them to court to collect. Not sure how we defend against that.
