IP's timing today is interesting in light of *imo* NRs' efforts last September
The Board believes that the Company will need to raise additional capital in order to implement its business plan and is contemplating various alternatives to raise capital, including a potential private placement of shares of common stock or securities convertible into shares of common stock. In addition, we may issue shares to acquire other companies or assets or engage in business combination transactions . Currently, we have no specific plans, arrangements or understandings, whether written or oral, with respect to the increase in shares available for issuance as a result of the Increased Capitalization Charter Amendment.

so the above filed AH's today ..
makes me wonder about the timing for IP's next deal .. i keep coming back to
Sept 2019 to EOY .. and a sequence of material events' filed by mgmt that can't
be misinterpreted by anyone with interest

Misrepresentation. First of all, that is some kind of preliminary thing that doesn't even have dates on it.
Secondly, when companies hold votes on increasing shares, it doesn't mean that they are actually going to issue them. They always ask for a huge increase so that they have flexibility, but it would be exceedingly rare for them to actually issue all of the shares that they're requesting.
