Mark & all of us got blindsided by the Federal Government not having a budget passed until 10/1 & the 35 day long shutdown. That delayed all payments to all Federal contractors & suppliers. Because SFOR is 4th in line to be paid, the earliest possibility we could see it reflected on our accounts receivables is the end of Q2.
