May not be an employee, could be an investor that is using a discount to the share price to grab some cash at the top of the scale.

I'm sure our people are aware, but it's not something anyone wants to share or expose. I think the hope is that we get up listed and can get some decent financing. Then we can leave the bottom feeders, and have the higher requirements of a big board to keep em all honest
