If I was Joe, and some how shares were being converted and sold earlier in the day if there was a mechanism, then that employee should’ve went to Joe and told him about this already. That employee obviously knew there was going to be a conference call at 4 PM and this type of question could’ve come up, and did. Since he has not obviously told Joe, that employee should have his head chopped off for not letting him know this so he could address it.
