Fine calling this an otc scam on yahoo, really enjoying the news I guess. My response, if that where true and this was a scam (which with the fda we know it is not) the last thing the would do is fire Pestell, the absolute last thing! Several had said they added because of Pestell. It made a great story and added legitimacy to Cydy. You don’t get rid of the rock star for sneaking in the bottle of wine
. To me, it actually shows the opposite is true. The BOD had to take that into consideration and it had enough, that the damage would be much worse if we keep him than the demage for firing him.
