As the BOD are the biggest shareholders, and RP was a star hire, I feel they have an airtight case whatever it was. I don’t believe RP telling them any day now, which I’m assuming he was, and not delivering on tnbc would be enough. Even if he was sitting around twiddling his thumbs, the different office location may have played a role here, but they would probably just add a person to assist him without the impact to the sp of firings until the BLA was done and the fda meeting next month was over... maybe even the licensing of the Prostate test before anything was done.
