Honestly if RP was telling NP and the board that anyday now the first patient will be injected and it wasn't even close then yes Pestell did damage to the company. If that is why he got fired then he deserves it and any lawsuit will be frivolous. I heard he could lose up to 8 mil shares but not the whole enchilada because we did buy his company.
