IMO it's all about "retention" and maintaining the original subscription with auto-renewal.
PROBLEM is, again IMO, you pay for a product, install it, and NEVER know if it's doing anything. There should be some sort of personal report every week/month that says:
# of keystrokes protected
Device health: 100%
Etc. Otherwise you feel like you are paying for nothing even thought it is installed/loaded and working.
Needs to have "Value Added" features.
