Exactly. When Doc says "But more important the everyday ordinary person..." he is telling us that the investors that are loyal and believe in him are the ones he wants to benefit the most.
The last part....."Post market-Premarket " is his promise that the actual investors have nothing to fear from a surprise announcement and will be better positioned to reap the rewards than the dirt bags. I love it that he slams "those of little or no integrity". His message to them is polite, but about as subtle as a brick through the window. He wants to see the bashers burned just as bad as we do.
