Just talked with my Etrade rep and was
told that only Big Board Stocks can be
traded pre market or after market. I was
also informed that CGC (Canopy) went
from OTC to the Big Board and then could
be traded pre or post market....so I think
it could be possible to just jump to the Big
Boards for that type of trading or its been
implied that news may come pre or post market
regular hours IMO.
