SFOR Lawyers asked for an extension to file a Petition for Writ of Certiorari to appeal the Federal Circuit Decision until July 19 (and the Court granted their request). If they decide to file the petition with the Supreme Court, it is due this Friday (and in my eyes before the Supreme Court). Whether they grant it or not will be decided at a later date. But this gives us shareholders an indication of whether SFOR is proceeding with its litigation against SA.
