IMHO the conversation you entered is regarding the anticipation of SFOR’ s decision as to whether they are going to file a request for their case to be heard by SCOTUS. Friday, 7/19/19 is the deadline for such filing, as alluded to by ZPaul earlier today! Hope this helps!
