My take on his tweet is this. He is simply stating a fact, "perfection is when it is right", he isn't saying that it is not "perfect" at this point.

The "until then it is a process" is a simple truth that we know has been happening as I believe he has said it in the past.

I also see the tweet as it relative to "timing". When the time is perfect we will get the news, everything else is just the process to get there. I still think we are getting close, he knows the competition for crying out loud, he was a top exec at Rite Aide.

Stop worrying, you either trust Dalton or you don't.
