I think you might be confusing what OTC products there might be. The farm bill made hemp products legal. OTC products now on sale in stores are mostly if not all CBD products made from hemp. Products that I have seen and have bought in stores have a disclaimer on there basically saying that the product according to FDA is not claiming to treat any specific medical problem. Products are from hemp so hemp has less than 0.3% THC unlike marijuana, so it can be sold. Depending on the store I have paid online with credit card and I’m store with cash only, no prescription for hemp cbd products. This is where Dalton is headed. It’s already being done by other companies. If he was trying to sell marijuana based products that’s a whole other headache.
