Thank you MLR Lite, I think that is a reasonable interpretation.
My only concern about this interpretation is the logistics. The ability to supply product to multiple areas in something like 30 states where cannabis of some sort is legal in one form or another is a nightmare. This would require a single products that meets all the criteria of all the states where the product is intended to be sold, or a tailored product for each of the states where cannabis products are currently legally sold. The FDA is extremely critical of mislabeled cannabis products, and this means the tailored approach is difficult at best. We should soon know what Dalton means to do.
