Why not wait then until they actually received that news? Through the first TO, they got cash for 3-4 months. So, no hurry to initiate the second offer without that news, especially if it was that close. (Not to mention that the timing interrupted the nice run to .54 and above). I don't buy this, sorry. Hope I'm wrong though.
