I looked up a few and they sold a few years ago for around $2M or more. Maybe they were rented the others while they are in the selling process.
The good news is for the ultimate VERB fan, there are still spaces left (last link below) including two units right above. Street facing though, but on the other hand, you could sit outside and wave to Rory, Jeff, Dennis, etc everyday when come to work.
All kidding aside, I am thrilled that the lease in Newport and Utah are locked for a long, long time.
