Red, the residential units in the building were going to be turned into condos at one point. However, I believe there was a reasonable amount of damage to them during some heavy rains and they decided to keep/turn them into apartments. Found that in the Rental agreement, the last page was an addendum which was a letter to verb describing the damage and ensuring Verb wanted to go forward with the lease. There was minimal damage to the Verb space. Verb, of course, decided to move forward with the lease.
