Things aren’t always how they appear, just because we are down doesn’t mean nothing is happening, we’ve seen countless deals PR’d and nothing happens with share price. They’re not putting numbers in those PRs because why should other companies know what the other is spending, what does that do for negotiation purposes, you’d give the other companies the upper hand.
