Personally I would not be opposed to such a penalty, but considering the 8k recently released only included the 32day suspension for the Portland lab as far as penalties that were listed I am inclined to think not going to happen. At least at this point.

My WAG is the recent surge has something to do with the Mass and Canada labs coming on-line soon along with EVIO's potential if management can actually turn this ship in the right direction and overall positive sentiment of the industry recently.
