I believe either Lori,Smith, or Waltrip will be gone.. This was mentioned in the OLCC as a possible punishment. Now the resolution for Portland has been finalized and I believe one possible scenario was for one to step down. Not 100% but certainly plausible. While 10k is expected we already know revenue was about $1 Mil for Q4 and a huge loss. So I just don't don't see this pop 10K related. Also Mass. should be getting very close. My bet is a change in management but that is only a WAG(wild ass guess)..
