Squires has said in the shareholders updates that the business model he likes best is to license parties and collect fees and royalties. Amtronics is a QMC licensee. Amtronics did a JV with AMTRON. Both have a physical presence and the total responsibility. Aside from QMC consulting and training, QMC is in the background. I would assume that the trainees in India will become future trainers. Indians will run all companies.
That allows QMC to dupllicate the system in other places, instead of being bogged down in one place running everything.
QD production is automated
QDSC production will be automated.
QDLED production will be automated.
It is up to sublicensees to make products out of these technologies.
QMC will collect fees and royalties.
