I ask this question on this board because I believe I will get a more direct answer. Does anyone know that Quantum will actually have a physical presence in India other than its licensing agreements with various entities? It sounds like Quantum will be sending employees to India to train Amtronics or Amtron employees, but all of the equipment will be owned by the licensees, which leads to the question, what would be the purpose for Quantum physically being there except to provide tech support and other important functions related to development and implementation of their science. The 120,000 sq. ft. is the entire development, which, to my understanding will be utilized by all inhabitants. I know there a lot of assumptions. Any thoughts?
