You make some good points. My hope is the reason for not pushing the TO is similar to what you say.....maybe they are close to a deal and only needed a little cash to keep things going until it closes? I also think it was a move to allow dedicated warrant holders a reward for sticking with the company and those who truly believe in leronlimab. Hopefully they will not re-open a TO and the other warrants will be compelled to exercise later at there current terms and CYDY can honestly say they had the opportunity for a better deal during the TO. There is a lot of hope on my end and maybe I’m being too optimistic, but there are many relatively near term catalysts that if they play out could make this ‘hopeful’ scenario play out.
