Yeah, I agree, the TO was not pushed as hard as they could. NP has done this for years releasing news to support offerings, keeping the sp above the offering price paying promotional articles, giving interviews, etc, so he can be very good at promoting an offering. Why not with this TO? Very strange to me also, no big news. I expected him to say Friday 6/7 it would be closing on Wednesday to push people on the fence to jump... but no. Also, the TO wasn't extended. NP said in a recent video, I believe on 6/7, that after the TO, once the rest of the money is secure, he is expecting an infection point. Maybe they are close to that deal, because their actions with the last TO didn't seem to what they would be if they were desperate for money.
