Is there any chance this could be done to allow someone to come and gain controlling interest?
I have no background at all in this... but with o/s over 50% of the a/s they have no option if a bigger player were in the weeds waiting to get in.
How ridiculous is this idea??
I dont think it's too crazy.
But I have been married... so my judgement may be off.
